Alex Beuerman, MHS, CRC, LRC

Senior Case Manager

Alex graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center with a Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling in May 2015. She has since received her certification in Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC), and has become a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor (LRC). She began her tenure with Stokes & Associates in September 2015 as a Research Associate and Job Placement Assistant. She is currently a Case Manager, providing case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning.


Shelby Laiche, MHS, CRC, LRC

Senior Case Manager

Shelby is a Licensed and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, as well as a board approved supervisor for rehabilitation counselors in the state of Louisiana. Shelby earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2014. She graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans with her Master of Health Sciences degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Counseling in 2016. Shelby provides case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning.



Lauren Woods-Gaulden, MS, CRC, LRC, CLCP

Senior Case Manager

Lauren is a Licensed and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, as well as a Certified Life Care Planner. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans in 2014 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2018. Lauren is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals Louisiana Chapter.

 

Lauren started working as a Research Associate and Job Placement Assistant for Boost Rehab. She is currently a Senior Case Manager, providing case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.


Holly McLendon, MHS, CRC, LPC, CLCP, LRC

Senior Case Manager

Holly is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2009 and her Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2013. Holly is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Life Care Planner, Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor. Holly is currently serving as Treasurer of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals Louisiana Chapter.

Holly has years of experience providing vocational rehabilitation services and job placement in the public sector. She provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.


Heather Dahl, MHS, CRC, PLPC

Senior Case Manager

Heather is currently a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager with Stokes & Associates. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2017 as well as her Masters of Health Sciences in Clinical Rehabilitation and Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-New Orleans in 2020. She is currently a Certified Life Care Planner, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor. Heather is also recognized as a National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors.

Heather is experienced in case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning. Aside from her work in private rehabilitation, Heather also has experience providing individual therapy to adolescents with behavioral, mental health and substance use issues, as well as experience counseling college aged youth with disabilities.


Kimberly Vicari, MS, PLPC, LRC-S, CRC, CLCP

Senior Case Manager

Kimberly is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2015. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with her Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling in 2019. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP). Kimberly is currently under supervision to be a Licensed Professional Counselor through the LPC Board of Examiners and is a member of the American Counseling Association. She is also currently under supervision to be a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor through the LRC Board of Examiners.

Kimberly provides case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning. Aside from her work in private rehabilitation, Kimberly also has experience providing individual and family therapy to individuals and families with behavioral, and mental health issues.


 Brent Jeansonne, CRC, CLCP, CCM, LRC

Senior Case Manager

Brent is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from LSU in 2010. He then earned his Master’s of Health Sciences Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from LSU – Health Sciences Center in 2014. Brent is an active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. He has years of experience in both the public and private sectors of vocational rehabilitation and life care planning.

Brent provides vocational case management, life care planning and research, wage and earning capacity analysis, vocational testing, job analysis, and labor market research services.


 Jaimie Prieur, MS

Jaimie joined the Stokes & Associates team in 2018 as an administrative professional. Since that time, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Walden University in 2020, and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2022. Jaimie is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Louisiana Chapter.

Jaimie is currently a Case Manager, providing case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.


Mischa Arnold, MS, CRC, CVE, CLCP

Mischa is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University and her Dual Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation from East Carolina University. Mischa is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Certified Vocational Evaluator, and a Certified Life Care Planner.

Mischa has worked in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 1996, mostly providing vocational evaluations, career counseling, and job placement in the private sector. She provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.


Brooke Vogt, MHS, NCC, PLPC

Brooke is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2021 and her Master of Health Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LSU Health Science Center at New Orleans in 2023. Brooke provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning. She is currently under the supervision to become a Licensed Professional Counselor through the LPC Board of Examiners and is recognized as a National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors.


Madison Sanchez, MS

Madison is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She joined the Stokes & Associates team as a Research Associate in 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition Education from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2022 and Master of Science in Health Management from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2023. Madison provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.




Victoria Oatis- Perkins, MS “Vikki”

Victoria is a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager with Stokes & Associates. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern University of New Orleans in 2015 and her Master of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2021. Victoria is also a self-renowned author.

Victoria has years of experience providing vocational rehabilitation services,  supportive employment, work readiness, and job placement in the public and private sectors in Louisiana and Texas. She also has experience in mental and behavioral health, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and working with individuals with disabilities and dual diagnosis.  She provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.

Kayne Bourque, MS

Kayne is a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager with Stokes & Associates. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2020 and a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Psychometrics in 2022.

Kayne has years of experience in research and data analysis, specifically in psychological assessment, human factors and transportation, socioeconomics, and vocational rehabilitation. She also has experience with developing vocational testing for the blind and deaf.  Kayne now provides case management services including life care planning, wage and earning capacity analyses, vocational testing, and labor market research services.

 

Erica Suarez, MHS, CRC, PLPC

Erica is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University in 2009 and Master of Health Sciences in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2012. Erica is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Holy Cross. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Trauma Professional. Erica is an active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Counselors and the Louisiana Counselors Association.

Erica provides case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning. She has experience in supported employment, benefits counseling, and job placement in the public sector. Aside from her work in private rehabilitation, Erica also has experience providing individual, family, and couples counseling.


Kristen Armand, M.A., LPC

Kristen joined Stokes & Associates in 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University as well as her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Holy Cross. Kristen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has experience providing individual therapy to those with mood disorders and substance use issues.  

Kristen is currently a Case Manager, providing case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, and life care planning. 


Olivia Wetekamm, MS, CRC

Olivia earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2022 and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Mississippi State University in 2024. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Olivia is currently a Case Manager, providing case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.

 


Kathryn Engro, MS, PLPC

Kathryn is a Case Manager and Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University before obtaining her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University of New Orleans. Kathryn has prior experience working as a legal assistant for civil litigation cases, as front office coordinator in a healthcare clinic, and as a counselor providing career counseling and psychotherapy for those with mood disorders, ADHD, substance abuse issues, as well as those struggling with grief and life transitions. She continues to see clients part-time in a private practice setting.

James Wallbillich

James is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager with Stokes & Associates. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Theological Studies at St. Joseph Seminary College in St. Benedict Louisiana in 2016 and Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Divine Mercy University in 2020. James provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.
