Case Manager
Rachel is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University in 2015, Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2022 and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
Rachel has years’ experience working in county disability services and State, Federal and Forensic Vocational Rehabilitation. She provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and assists in life care plan development.
