Andrew Turner

Andrew Turner is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist and Case Manager at Stokes and Associates. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Centenary College of Louisiana and a Master of Health Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Holy Cross. Andrew is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC).

He joined Stokes and Associates in January 2025 as a Research Associate and has since developed experience in medical record review, vocational assessment and analysis, vocational testing, wage loss and earning capacity evaluation, and life care planning. He is an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Louisiana Counseling Association (LCA), and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).
